One day at a Time…

Although I’ve written this for Lisa as one of those many things that I hope are happening in her Life, this poem is also for everyone I know… including me, for I sometimes forget to Live One Moment at a Time...


One day at a Time…

Day by day
Hour after hour
Minute by Minute
And in every second

I am with you as I focus on deeply breathing
Just observing and allowing
Appreciating and Accepting
Surrendering to the transient nature of things

Day by day
Hour after hour
Almost every other minute
And every time I can

I send thoughts and prayers in meditation
For your every moment to be marinated with hope
That you are relishing everyday with affection
Every instant delights you with Happiness

Simple things to cheer you up
From the outer to the innermost
From the core to the surface
Deeply engulfing you with Care

Divine guidance is with you
Forging its power through you
That stewardship that brings forth awakenings
To make your every day a masterpiece

May every moment fill your day
With all things that you desire
Health to always surround, embrace and cradle
You with everlasting Love and Light…
