I wrote this when Lisa tweeted that she’s taking resting to an all new-level after her stem cell transplant.
In your Sleep…
May the Moon Goddess continue to bestow light
And shimmer its Power in your reviving body
I ask the God of Slumber Hypnos to weave its magic
The restorative gift of sleep
The gentle night to caress your every dream and hope
That solemn thing in your soul
The nightingale’s lullaby to sing to you
With endearments and love
The murmur of far oceans
Chanting revitalizing vigor
And when you awake in the morning
The mighty amber sun to spread its message:
The Nirvana of Yellow
Is already realized through you…
