[OFF TOPIC] Alternative Healing, Sounds, Meditation

Any other ways to heal one's physical body? Post anything that you have found or used for your own healing here.

I find meditation to be helpful. I try to do it once a day. I also listen to healing sounds while meditating or doing my daily tasks on the computer. I found these links from another thread which I have been using the end of last year. Hope you find this helpful as well.
